SELF CARE AND SELF LOVE ARE TWO TOTALLY DIFFERENT THINGS.

Lots of us are great at self care, and not so great at self love.

Self care is amazing. It’s things like taking a bath, getting a massage, meditating in the morning. It’s you prioritizing the things that fill you up

self love is how you talk to yourself inside your mind, independent of what’s going on.

The thing is, what happens in your mind when you wake up and scroll on your phone instead of do the meditation practice? I used to (and sometimes still catch myself) beat myself up for not “doing more”, not “being enough”, “failing”, etc etc…

Self Love is the foundation for your mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health… and we deserve that unconditional love from OURSELVES no matter what we do with the first 30 minutes of our day.

We will be a intimate group, 12 max, of womxn and men.

Each of you will receive a 1:1 with me at the beginning and end of our journey, so I can cater the experience to those in the container.

We will meet twice a week for retreat style sessions that share the most powerful healing I’ve discovered in my 14 year Self Love journey.

EVERYTHING WE DO WILL BE EXPERIENTIAL, NOT LECTURE STYLE. An epiphany is when you know something in your BONES that previously you just understood intellectually.

We will connect on a soul level. We will clear away the gunk. We will align with each of our individual truths and we will fill ourselves TF up.
